The client contacts AES Consulting and provides information about their request. Our expert partners offer consultation and all necessary information regarding the requirements for obtaining a residence permit, as well as guidance on the further steps of the procedure.
AES Consulting provides the client with a list of the required documents and offers recommendations on how to prepare them. The client collects the necessary documents in accordance with Austrian legal requirements and submits them to us for translation into German and for notarial certification. All administrative tasks are carried out by us and our expert partners.
Based on a power of attorney, we complete the migration application and schedule an appointment with the client for the initial submission of the documents. All administrative preparations are carried out in full. We provide the accompanying service for you and, together with our partners, monitor the status of the application. Afterwards, we inform you of all further steps and results.
AES Consulting provides further support to clients by assisting with any additional questions and providing the necessary counselling.
We also offer consultations on any questions related to our range of services. All consultations are fee-based.
