Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the application and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. You can send us an informal email to office@aes-consulting.at.

The data you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.

Processing of customer and contract data

We collect and use personal data as part of our contractual relationship. They will only be processed to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content design or change of the legal relationship. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data transmission upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content

Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised. The user data is kept for a period of 14 months.

Server log- files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Time of server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A merger of this data with other Data sources is not made. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.

In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information voluntarily provided on areas of interest, birthday and zip code.

As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
